Art Therapy is an opportunity for children and adults to communicate their worries, questions, hopes and life's up and downs through focusing and exploring their emotions through art and is suitable for everyone as no artistic ability is required. Creating and working with art for children means that they learn more about themselves and helps them to feel more competent, boost their self-esteem and create a more positive sense of self.
Anne Quinn has worked in the arts in both TV and fashion design and over the past 14 years has worked in various areas of special needs and studying counselling and art psychotherapy. Anne has extensive, practical experience of working with children and adults with an array of concerns from bereavement, anxiety, low self esteem, exam stress, communications, depression and identity issues.
